Center for Talent Development does more than just recognize the achievement gap between gifted students from families of financial means and those with need. We work to eliminate it.
Center for Talent Development (CTD), in partnership with the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, is pleased to offer Project BLAST (Building Learning Achieving Succeeding Today), a tuition-free academic and cultural program for gifted students from low- to moderate-income families.
Together with the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, CTD and Project BLAST are proactively reaching out to underserved gifted students, increasing access to high-quality educational programming and enabling gifted students not to be deterred by a lack of financial resources, but to reach their full potential and emerge as tomorrow’s leaders.
