Thank you for your interest in working with the Civic Education Project (CEP)! As a CEP staff member, you would have the opportunity to work with bright, motivated students; build community with passionate, dynamic colleagues; and gain valuable experience educating young people about civic engagement and social responsibility.

We hire dozens of exceptional instructional, residential and administrative staff to help us run our programs each year. Position durations range from one week or one week during the school year, or one- to eight-week sessions in the summer, and are located in cities across the country. If you want to help develop socially responsible leaders of tomorrow, then CEP wants you!
