As a CEP staff member, you would have the opportunity to work with bright, motivated students; build community with passionate, dynamic colleagues; and gain valuable experience educating young people about civic engagement and social responsibility.
We hire dozens of exceptional instructional, residential and administrative staff to help us run our programs each year. Positions range from weekend to weeklong sessions during the school year and one-week to eight-week sessions during the summer, and are located in cities across the country. If you want to help develop the socially responsible leaders of tomorrow, then CEP wants you!
