
Summer 2009 Staff Positions
Each summer, CEP partners with the nation's premier gifted education centers to offer weeklong field study programs and three-week service-learning courses for outstanding middle and high school students from across the country. Summer courses explore social theory, leadership and community development and help teach young people how to apply their skills and abilities to pressing social issues in their own communities. Staff positions include site directors, academic deans, residential deans, office managers, instructors, teaching assistants, resident assistants, program assistants and more. Staff are employed for one-week to eight-week summer sessions and generally receive a cash stipend plus room and board.

A weeklong field study program for alumni of the Civic Leadership Institute. Hiring CivicWeek staff for one weeklong session only (may be combined with other CivicWeek or Civic Leadership Institute staff positions for a longer term of employment).

CivicWeek for Jack Kent Cooke Young Scholars
