- All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $60 and a tuition deposit of $200 for a total of $260.
- Payments may be made by credit card (MC/Visa) or by check or money order made payable to Center for Talent Development.
- Applications postmarked or submitted online after May 14, 2012, must be accompanied by payment in full and an additional non-refundable late fee of $50.
- The remainder of the tuition balance is due within 30 days of the student's acceptance to the program.
- Students with an outstanding balance after June 8, 2012, may lose their place in the program. All accounts must be up to date on Opening Day or students will not be able to check in.
- A five-month payment plan option is available to all students. The amount covered by the payment plan is equal to the total tuition and fees less the application fee, tuition deposit and any financial aid awarded.
- Families who do not apply for financial aid, or apply for but do not receive financial aid, are assessed a service charge of $50 for using the payment plan. Families who receive financial aid are not assessed a service charge for using the payment plan.
- Families who wish to apply for the payment plan should submit a Payment Plan Application with the student's application to the program.
- The first payment of the payment plan is due upon the student's acceptance to the program, and subsequent payments are due on the 15th of each month following. Payments may be made by check, money order or credit card.
- Payments must be up to date on Opening Day in order for students to check in for the program.
- All requests for refunds and/or withdrawals must be made in writing and e-mailed, faxed or mailed to CTD by June 8.
- The application fee is not refundable unless all course choices are closed or financial aid is not adequate for participation.
- The tuition deposit is not refundable after June 10.
- Students who withdraw between June 10 and the start of the program are refunded 50% of program fees paid less the deposit.
- Students who withdraw after the start of the program or are dismissed for disciplinary reasons are not eligible for any refund.
- Refund processing takes up to eight weeks starting from the time a written request is received.
