Step 1: Prepare Application Materials

CivicWeek 2009 programs have concluded. Information remains posted below for your reference. Check back in December for updated CivicWeek Spring 2010 application information or contact us to receive materials by mail.

A complete application consists of the following:

• Application Form:
  • Apply online (Link has been disabled - please check back in December 2009)
    
  • OR download the 2009 CivicWeek Catalog and Application (or just the 2009 CivicWeek Application Form itself)
  • OR request a catalog and application by e-mail
• Student Essay: If you apply online, the essay is included in the online form. If you apply by mail, please attach your essay to the print application.
• Test score or grade report
• Teacher Recommendation Form (if applicable)
• Financial Aid Application (if applicable)
• Payment Plan Application (if applicable)

All application materials must be received by February 16, 2009. Space in each program is limited, and programs often fill quickly. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis as they are received, so students are encouraged to apply early to increase their chances of being accepted into the program of their choice.  Late applications are accepted and considered as space in the programs permit. Once programs are filled to capacity, qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist. A $50 late fee applies to applications received after February 16, 2009.
