Step 3: Wait for Notification
Students are notified via e-mail of the status of their application within two weeks of receipt of a complete application. Accepted students receive admissions materials electronically at that time, with all relevant information about the program, including a detailed schedule, travel information, things to bring and program rules and policies. Accepted students are assigned to programs based on a variety of factors, including the placement preferences indicated on their applications, the space available in each program and the composition of each group.
