In partnership with the Civic Education Project, an award-winning leadership and civic engagement program based at Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development, Lake Forest Academy is pleased to offer its students the opportunity to participate in this unique career-focused service-learning immersion experience in the heart of Chicago.
CivicAction will introduce a group of 20–25 outstanding students to contemporary social issues facing urban communities, and promote leadership and civic engagement. Students spend the weekend engaged in meaningful service, hands-on field experiences, meetings with prominent professionals and community leaders, reflection, team building and fun!
