CTD video contest

We are pleased to announce the winners of the first Center for Talent Development (CTD) Summer Program video contest!

When we sent Summer Program participants from the last two years an e-mail inviting them to submit a 60-second video that described their experiences while attending the Summer Program in either 2007 or 2008, we had no idea how students would respond.

Well, now we know. What creativity and imagination! The CTD staff and our esteemed panel of judges enjoyed viewing all the videos that were submitted and appreciate all the kind (and often very funny) things said about both CTD and the Summer Program.

Because the event was such a success, we plan to run the contest next year. If you’re interested in entering, check the web site in February 2010 for further details.

Below are the 2009 winners in the four Summer Program categories. Each was awarded tuition, room and board for the Summer Program (the Leapfrog winner received tuition only for one week since the program is only for commuters).

Enjoy!

Please note:
  • It may take up to a minute to load a video.
  • If you experience difficulty viewing the video, you can download the latest version of Quicktime.
