Benefits

Students who are selected to participate in Project EXCITE will receive a strong background in mathematics and sciences before they reach the high school. Such a background will allow them to enroll in the most challenging mathematics and science courses by the time they reach Evanston Township High School.

Project EXCITE also aims to create a community of support for the bright minority student. It is the hope that students will bond over the seven-year sequence so that they will support one another as they begin to take challenging high school courses.
