What is the Gifted LearningLinks Accelerated Summer Option? The Center for Talent Development's Gifted LearningLinks Accelerated Summer Option offers academically talented 6th - 12th grade students the opportunity to take high school honors-level courses in an intensive six-week summer session format. This program is designed for independent students who wish to move quickly to advanced levels of coursework, whose school offerings are limited, who have scheduling difficulties, or who are home-schooled. It meets the needs of students who wish to take a class in the summer and complete it before school starts in the fall. The Gifted LearningLinks Accelerated Summer Option differs from the traditional Gifted LearningLinks summer session in the following significant ways:
