Admissions and Placement

Allow 10 working days for receipt of your application. Students meeting the entrance criteria are placed in classes in the order applications arrive. Because class size is limited, a class that is open when you call may not be open by the time your registration is received.

If your child’s first choice is filled, your child will be placed in his or her second or third choice. Be sure to select only classes which interest your child and which you and your child will accept. Grade levels are specified in course descriptions. Students receive written notification (through the mail or via email) of their acceptance into the program and information regarding class location and supplies prior to the first class. Students who have not received notification one week before class should call CTD at (847) 491-3782.

Late Applications

Late applications (click here for program dates/deadlines) must include a $25 late fee. After deadline, faxed applications are accepted. However, they must include a credit card number (Visa or MasterCard only). CTD does not accept registration over the phone. CTD fax number: (847) 491-3394 or (847) 467-4283.

Applications received after April 10th
require a $75 emergency processing fee.
