Center for Talent Development (CTD) selects AWE instructors based on their subject matter mastery, experience, enthusiasm, teaching style and ability to respond to the needs of individual students. AWE instructors are particularly skilled at providing interesting and thought-provoking learning experiences designed specifically for academically talented young people. Past Accelerated Weekend Experience (AWE) instructors have included software developers, programmers, veterinarians, pilots, professors and many others who are known throughout their fields for award-winning work.
