The course fee includes the cost of tuition and all materials. Parents with Flexible Spending Accounts may choose to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement option. Contact us to obtain information or receive assistance with this process.

Notes:

• Tuition varies due to length of term.
• Full payment is required with the application.
• Late fees and emergency processing fees are non-refundable.
• Survey of High School Lab Science Honors requires an additional $120 lab fee.
• Robotics classes have additional fees--See course descriptions.

Refunds and Withdrawals
Center for Talent Development (CTD) will refund Saturday Enrichment Program tuition and processing fee if one of the following situations occurs:

• Your child is not accepted into the program.
• The class is canceled due to low enrollment.
  (Classes with insufficient enrollment are canceled one week prior to class starting, and enrollees are notified by e-mail and/or phone.)
• All of your child's preferred classes are full.

If you withdraw your child, in writing, prior to the first class, your tuition only will be refunded. Please note the following policies:

• All requests for refunds and/or withdrawals must be made in writing and either e-mailed, faxed or mailed to Center for Talent Development (CTD) prior to the first class.
• After the first class, no refunds are granted.
• Students who wish to transfer to a different class must do so before the second class meeting. Transfers are allowed only when class size permits.
• Students dismissed for disciplinary reasons are not eligible for any refund.
