Step 3: Submit Completed Materials and Payment


To ensure prompt processing, we recommend that applicants submit all materials under single cover. If you apply online and need to complete Teacher Recommendations or the Financial Aid Application, please download them and submit the completed forms along with any additional application materials and payment.

Mail all application materials by May 14, 2012, to the following address:

Center for Talent Development processes complete applications only. Please allow seven days for delivery, and note the application deadlines below. Students are encouraged to apply early. Timely submission of application materials is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility.

Application Deadline: Applications are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis beginning on January 1, 2012. Early applications are highly encouraged since courses close quickly. All application materials must be postmarked by May 14, 2012 Please be sure to send a complete application packet, as applications are not reviewed until they are complete. After the May 14, 2012, deadline, applications that remain incomplete are deemed inactive and will not be reviewed. International Applications: We encourage international applicants to apply by April 1, 2012, as it may take eight to 10 weeks to secure a visa. Late Applications: Applications postmarked after May 14, 2012, must be accompanied by a $50 late fee. Although we do our best to accommodate late applications, enrollment may not be possible. Waiting Lists: Students whose applications arrive after the first choice course is filled may be placed on a waiting list at their request. Students can be accepted from the waiting list at any time until the start of the session. A maximum of three students are placed on a course waiting list.
