CTD Pathfinders Webinar | Encouraging Young Leaders

Join Lindsay Wall Succari, Program Coordinator for CTD's Civic Education Project, for a conversation about how to encourage, support, and challenge our young leaders. The conversation will focus on supporting youth grades 4-12 and is for parents and anyone who interacts with young people to support their talent development. Tools for parents, grandparents, educators, and youth development professionals will be shared.

The discussion will focus on:

• Ways to help young people identify their leadership strengths and style
• Resources for encouraging and challenging young people in their leadership development
• Ways to help young leaders work through the challenges and opportunities they are facing in current times 

Interactive dialogue will be encouraged; please submit questions or areas of interest in advance.
