Although some talent areas receive significant attention and development in school, many others, particularly at the later stages of talent development, are developed outside of school with the support of experts and with specialized courses. And, early enrichment provides young children the opportunity to explore and discover new interests. But, what is good enrichment? What kinds of outside-of-school programs promote talent development? How do you find and select programming that will meet your child's needs, academically and socially?
