Students who meet the academic entrance criteria for the CTD Academic Summer Day Camp, receive acceptance to a technology course, and demonstrate financial need are eligible for the scholarship.
To apply, complete the online application form. As part of the application, students must submit an "essay", with the help of a parent/guardian but with the ideas conceived by the child, telling why they want to take the course and one thing they want to learn from the course. Essays may be in written form (e.g. drawing with dictation, child's own writing) or other media (e.g. 30 second audio, video). If you are not applying for financial aid, parents/guardians must also submit a brief statement (a paragraph or two) describing the need for financial support.
Applications are due by April 15.
