Professional Learning
Practical and Timely Strategies for Teachers and Administrators of Gifted Students.
CTD strives to have a positive impact on educational policy, to educate the public about giftedness and talent development, and help educators hone their craft. Through professional development, outreach, and advocacy efforts, CTD keeps educators informed about developments in the field of gifted education and supports their efforts to successfully meet the unique educational and social-emotional needs of students with exceptional academic abilities.
This workshop, facilitated by CTD Assessment Coordinator, Melissa Hinshaw, will explore differentiated assessment approaches and data practices for informing classroom instruction; making decisions about services, including enrichment and acceleration; and measuring growth for advanced learners. Bring your data and your questions to one of our interactive workshops, and leave with the knowledge and resources to ensure your students can maximize their potential.
The workshop is available in person and online. Join us!
